Your contract is with Real Revolution Healing Limited, company number 07932151, registered address 10 Lowther Road, Brighton, East Sussex, England, BN1 6LF. By booking on the retreat you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Payment and Cancellation Terms
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to confirm. The remaining 50% is due 2 months prior to the retreat. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled more than 2 months before the start of the retreat. If the cancellation is equal to or less than 2 months before the start of the retreat the full booking becomes non-refundable as such 100% of the amount paid will be retained.


2. Covid-19 Policy
The situation with Covid-19 is constantly evolving. We are monitoring the guidelines and will be adhering to government recommendations.  We will be sending to you nearer to the time of the retreat our Covid-19 policy which will be in accordance with October 2020 government recommendations.  We will be asking you to please confirm receipt and for your agreement to abide by any recommendations.


3. Special Requests
If you have any special requests such as diets and/or room requirements, we will try our best to ensure this is arranged, however such requests are usually provided by the discretion of the relevant supplier, thus we cannot guarantee availability and cannot be held responsible if they are not provided.


4. Travel and Travel Insurance
Travel and transfers to and from the venue and travel insurance is not included in the retreat cost and it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate transport and coverage arranged.


5. Excursions and Activities
We are only responsible for excursions and activities sold by us (Real Revolution Healing Limited) and which form part of your holiday contract.


6. Data Protection Policy
In order for us to process your booking, we need to store and record your information, including data as supplied. For further information, contact Real Revolution Healing Limited for our privacy policy.


7. Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
